EVHUBUK

Website terms

Useful information.
Sensible boundaries.

These terms apply to the public EVHubUK portfolio website. Separate written terms will apply to paid campaigns and advertiser accounts.

Effective 16 August 2026

Using the website

You may use the public website for lawful personal and business research. Do not attempt to damage, overload, scrape protected areas, bypass access controls, impersonate another person or introduce malicious material.

Information and availability

EVHubUK aims to keep information clear and current but does not guarantee that every page is complete, continuously available or suitable for a particular decision. Publication and campaign information can change. Verify important commercial, technical, financial and legal matters independently.

Independent status and trademarks

EVHubUK and its publications are independent unless a page explicitly states otherwise. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by vehicle manufacturers. Manufacturer and business names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Advertising enquiries are not contracts

Website descriptions, package names and enquiry emails do not create a booking. A campaign begins only after written agreement, advertiser and creative approval, confirmed dates and any required payment. Dedicated advertiser terms will govern cancellations, invoicing, delivery and disputes.

Links and third parties

External links are provided for context and convenience. EVHubUK does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, security, prices, claims or privacy practices.

Intellectual property

Original EVHubUK website design, text and graphics are protected. You may link to public pages and quote limited extracts with clear attribution. Do not republish substantial content, remove attribution or present EVHubUK material as your own without permission.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, EVHubUK is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on general website information, external services or temporary unavailability.

Contact and governing law

Questions can be sent through the protected contact form. These public website terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
