This notice explains how the EVHubUK website and enquiry form use personal information.

EVHubUK is the independent network and commercial contact point for MyBYD, MyXPENG, MyMGEV and EVDeal. Public owner help does not require a paid account. Authorised administrators use a protected live administration system to manage enquiries and approved campaigns. We do not build personal advertising profiles of visitors.
Contact and enquiry information
When you use the contact form, EVHubUK stores your name, email address, organisation if supplied, enquiry type, subject and message in its private administration system. We use this information to respond, manage the enquiry, keep appropriate business records and protect the service.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Hosting and technical logs
The hosting provider may process routine server information such as IP address, requested URL, browser identifier, timestamp and security events to deliver and protect the website. EVHubUK does not use these records to build advertising profiles.
Cookies
The public website does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. The secure administrator platform uses an essential authentication cookie for authorised administrators.
Your UK data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing and to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Use the protected contact form to make a privacy request. Identity verification may be required.
Retention and sharing
Enquiries and business records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, legal duties, security and legitimate administration. Information is shared only with service providers or professional advisers where necessary, or where required by law.
Payments and third-party services
When an advertiser invoice is issued, EVHubUK records the customer’s billing name, address, email, purchase-order reference if supplied, agreed service details, invoice number and linked booking/payment reference. Invoice records are kept in the private administration system for billing, reconciliation and business record keeping. They are not published as public profiles or public invoice links.
Approved one-off advertising bookings and optional website support use Stripe-hosted checkout. Payment-card details are entered with Stripe, not in the EVHubUK enquiry form. EVHubUK uses payment references and relevant transaction records to reconcile payments and administer the agreed booking or support payment. Read Stripe’s privacy policy for its processing.
The Watch page loads an embedded YouTube player only when you choose Play. At that point your browser connects to YouTube, which handles information under its own privacy practices. You can instead read the transcript without loading the player.
Changes to this notice
