This notice explains how the EVHubUK website and enquiry form use personal information.

EVHubUK provides portfolio and advertising information. It does not currently operate public visitor accounts, online payments or behavioural advertising. The visible admin page is a clearly labelled prototype containing demonstration data.
Contact and enquiry information
When you use the contact form, EVHubUK stores your name, email address, organisation if supplied, enquiry type, subject and message in its private administration system. We use this information to respond, manage the enquiry, keep appropriate business records and protect the service.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Hosting and technical logs
The hosting provider may process routine server information such as IP address, requested URL, browser identifier, timestamp and security events to deliver and protect the website. EVHubUK does not use these records to build advertising profiles.
Cookies
The public website does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. The secure administrator platform uses an essential authentication cookie for authorised administrators.
Your UK data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing and to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Use the protected contact form to make a privacy request. Identity verification may be required.
Retention and sharing
Enquiries and business records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, legal duties, security and legitimate administration. Information is shared only with service providers or professional advisers where necessary, or where required by law.
Future platform changes
This notice will be updated before advertiser accounts, campaign reporting, newsletters, payments, analytics or shared advertising delivery are activated.
